Senior Consultant

Winnipeg, MB / Consultant – Dynamics 365 | Business Central (D365 BC) / Full-time Remote

We are looking for innovative and visionary Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultants who will join an award-winning team and deliver exceptional results to help our clients win. Our Senior Consultant works directly with our clients as business analysts and technical experts. You will provide hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central to fit with the client's system requirements and business objectives.

A Day in the Life

  • Facilitating the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central using industry best practices and Stoneridge methodology
  • Working with clients to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis
  • Leading joint process design sessions with clients and presenting out-of-the-box functionality
  • Converting client requirements to functional specs and design documents
  • Designing, configuring, and testing core Dynamics 365 Business Central modules
  • Providing post-implementation support as needed
  • Communicating effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization
  • Delivering creative solutions to client challenges by applying product knowledge and industry expertise
  • Positioning yourself to work ahead of the client, always polished and prepared for sessions
  • Setting aside time for self-development by attending training or self-learning on key subjects
  • Eager to improve client experiences by staying current on emerging Microsoft technologies
  • Estimating work effort and providing guidance in areas of expertise to other team members
  • Providing assistance to less experienced team members
  • Embracing and leveraging a collaborative approach across a multitude of roles
  • Participating in creating internal documentation and generating blog content
  • Efficiently working across multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent consulting experience
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work directly with clients, individually or with a team
  • Ability to concurrently deliver on multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as required
  • Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in the following Canadian Provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan.

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
