Our company-trained, full-time crews reside within the very communities where they carry out their construction work, supported by our company headquarters in the Lynnwood, Washington area. This collaborative effort ensures that we fulfill all of our customers' needs at every stage, starting from design and permitting to financing, construction, and final inspection.
We have successfully undertaken the design and construction of over 21,000 buildings in Washington State alone.
Our local team of professional builders, supervisors, and construction managers share a common commitment to values such as respect, accountability, and, most importantly, quality, as we recognize that our future depends on it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Senior Project Manager, your role encompasses overseeing off-site production, managing multiple teams both in the office and in the field, collaborating closely with department managers to create and uphold production schedules, negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor quality, and engaging with customers. Given the nature of our projects—short durations and extensive geographic coverage—management of our field staff is centralized at our administrative headquarters. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure cost-effective production, adherence to budgetary constraints, and achievement of performance metrics and planned efficiencies through effective change management processes and industry best practices.
