The Senior Communications Advisor plays a key role in internal communication strategy, particularly related to the iMpact transformation journey and supporting the Director of Communications across a wide range of initiatives. This position ensures that employees are well-informed, engaged and aligned with the company’s transformation and strategic objectives.
This role works closely with the Change Management Lead in the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to ensure communications support organizational change efforts, leadership messaging and employee adoption of new initiatives. Additionally, the Senior Communications Advisor provides direct project, content and strategic messaging support to the Director of Communications, ensuring seamless execution of key communication priorities.

What You Will Accomplish With Us
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support transformation, employee engagement and organizational change.
- Collaborate with the Change Management Lead in the TMO to ensure communications align with change initiatives and drive employee adoption.
- Provide communications support for employee engagement activities, town halls, leadership meetings, etc.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Director, assisting with high-priority communication projects across the organization.
- Manage cross-functional communication projects, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
- Develop FAQs, briefings and talking points to support managers and employees during transition periods.
- Produce compelling internal content for newsletters, intranet updates, transformation reports and employee engagement platforms.
- Translate complex policies and corporate initiatives into engaging communications that resonate with employees.
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent and aligned with the organization’s culture and transformation vision.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of internal communications and transformation-related messaging.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to refine communication strategies and increase engagement.
- Assist in sustainability, policy or governance-related messaging as required, ensuring alignment with corporate values and transformation goals.
What You Bring To Our Team- A bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field or related experience.
- 7+ years in corporate communications, internal communications, or related field.
- Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: Ability to translate complex policies and corporate strategies into engaging and accessible employee communications.
- Experience working with executives, department heads and cross-functional teams on projects.
- Proficiency in Content Management & Internal Communication Tools: Experience with intranet content, internal newsletters and employee engagement platforms.
- Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluation, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
