The Role

• To build a profitable Ontario based commercial property and liability book of business
• Underwrite multi-line commercial risks, varying in size
• Apply effective pricing and coverage in accordance with company guidelines and underwriting authority limits
• Ability to underwrite products and develop unique underwriting solutions
• Ability to grow and maintain business relationships with broker partners
• Assess and evaluate risk quality and implement risk management recommendations

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

• University degree or college graduate
• Minimum 5-10 years’ underwriting experience
