Role Overview:

As the Senior Clinical Manager – Home Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our home care clients. Your leadership will ensure clinical excellence, compliance with Australian aged care standards, and the continuous development of our care team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of home care nurses and care staff.
2. Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and case management.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff development.
5. Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive care outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
2. Significant experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in home care or community health.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Australian aged care standards and regulations.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
5. Commitment to person-centred care and empowering older people to live independently.
