Responsibilities
Conduct detailed file reviews of multi-line claims to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement
Compile and contribute to quarterly Claims Quality Audits, providing actionable recommendations to Regional Claims Operational Leaders
Analyze the Claims Customer Experience and make recommendations to enhance overall satisfaction
Collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance and Claims Excellence to identify training needs based on multiple Training Needs Analysis inputs
Design, develop, and deliver educational materials for virtual and traditional classroom training environments for new joiners
Assist with vendor management, ensuring the quality and efficiency of external partnerships
Provide insights and support for the continuous improvement of the claims operations within the region
Apply analytical skills and attention to detail to identify trends and areas of opportunity for operational enhancement
Qualifications
AMF License
Commercial and Personal Lines claims experience of 10 years
Mandatory French fluency with proficiency in English
