What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster:

As a Claims Adjuster you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Accident Benefits Claims Adjusters work hard to provide support to our clients, assisting them in getting back to normal after an accident. Our Adjusters customize mental and physical treatment plans, financial reimbursements, and other settlements, while keeping an investigative mindset.

We want your talent

If you are great at:

  1. Thoroughly investigating & evaluating assigned non-MIG and CAT Claims
  2. Reviewing and approving appropriate treatment plans
  3. Participating in LAT, arbitration, mediation processes to bring about resolution of claims
  4. Managing stressful calls and clearly delivering decisions on claims
  5. Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
  6. Providing a great customer experience

And you have:

  1. Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance-focused program or related program
  2. Current or working towards the CIP designation
  3. A minimum of 5 years of Accident Benefits Claims Adjusting experience
  4. Experience with applying applicable case law, arbitration decisions, and provincial legislation
  5. Experience with commercial lines is an asset
  6. Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
  7. Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Legal Counsel
