Scotiabank’s Global Technology Enterprise Platforms (GTEP) - Operations and Engineering - Tools & Monitoring - Global Event Management System (GEMS) team is responsible for monitoring the availability and health of IT hardware, software, and network resources. GEMS focuses on IT Operations Management (ITOM) for Scotiabank - specializing in Event Management. Leveraging the ServiceNow application, GEMS ingests events from various monitoring tools/sources, applies rules and AI to classify, deduplicate, and correlate events through to Alerts/Incidents - routing to teams responsible for remediation accordingly.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-level change management strategies and frameworks to maximize adoption and minimize resistance to ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that address diverse audiences, including executives, business leaders, IT teams, and end Users.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of communication and change initiatives, including adoption rates and user satisfaction.
- Craft high-quality communication materials such as presentations, memos, email campaigns, and reports to articulate the value of ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead workshops, webinars, and focus groups to address user concerns and provide ongoing education.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine and improve existing processes.
- Create and maintain up-to-date User referenced documentation.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written/presentation).
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, ServiceNow platform tools, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams.
- At least 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or training, with a strong focus on enterprise technology platforms.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Change, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Completion of the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a bonus.
