Senior Business Strategist & Optimization Specialist

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Strategist & Optimization Specialist to enhance operational efficiency across our engineering and production systems. This role will focus on streamlining processes, implementing strategic tools for accurate activity and cost tracking, and driving innovative solutions across our Canadian business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Reviews: Evaluate existing systems to identify inefficiencies and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Client Management: Build and maintain key client relationships, ensuring systems meet business and client needs.
• Project Leadership: Lead implementations, system upgrades, and process optimizations across teams.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure alignment with government funding regulations and industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with production, logistics, and IT teams to improve data transparency and integration.
• Team Development: Mentor team members to support a culture of growth and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum college diploma, preferred University or Masters Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years in business consulting and operations, and experience with Engineering Information Management Systems.
• Skills: Proven expertise in client management, project leadership, and regulatory compliance.

Pay: From $83,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
