Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Business Analyst with IAM project experience to automate the provisioning of the user IAM experience in ServiceNow.

6-month assignment based in Calgary

A Senior Business Analyst with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects is needed to automate user provisioning and improve the user IAM experience. This role requires expertise in requirements gathering, process design, and working with stakeholders to implement efficient and secure access management solutions.

Must Have:

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience on IAM projects
• Experience working with Businesspeople and their processes
• Experience with ServiceNow enhancements, gather requirements to support the automation of various IAM processes
