Job Summary

Our public sector client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the modernization of naval materiel management policy instruments. This position focuses on the development and refinement of policy documents, directives, and frameworks to enhance the maintenance and support of naval platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

1. Develop policy content, including contextual information, policy statements, requirements, and delegated authorities.
2. Review and assess existing and new policy content for effectiveness and applicability.
3. Engage with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in policy coverage.
4. Support the implementation of updated policies.
5. Prepare briefing notes and slide deck presentations.
6. Provide weekly progress updates and monthly timekeeping reports.

Mandatory Qualifications

To qualify, candidates must provide a detailed resume demonstrating:

1. Education and Experience:

• Meeting the requirements for the 2.3 Senior Business Consultant category (combination of education, certification, and/or work experience).

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in at least two (2) of the following areas related to materiel management:
• Supply Chain Management
• Reliability
• Quality Management
• Integrated Logistics Support
• Systems Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience conducting Project Management activities in a marine and/or naval environment.
• At least 5 years of experience developing policy instruments on topics related to materiel management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in acquisition and sustainment activities supporting marine and/or naval platforms.
