Our client is looking for a finance professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the day-to-day administration of the Insurance and Profit Sharing / Employee Benefits portfolios
2. Help to build and execute structures and processes to support the ongoing implementation and execution of the semi-annual profit sharing award
3. Respond to questions and concerns regarding Profit Sharing/ Employee Benefits matters, and become the "go-to" resource
4. Support the meeting cycle and communications activities for various audiences
5. Support the collaboration among the insurance partners and administrators
6. Monitor and provide analytical support for claims adjudication

Qualifications:

1. MBA, CFA or enrolled
2. University business degree
3. 3-4 years of relevant experience
4. Corporate finance experience in pricing or deal analytics
5. Real estate development experience
6. Detail oriented
7. Able to multi-task
8. Excellent interpersonal skills
9. Effective communication skills
