We are growing and want you to grow with us. Our team is seeking a proactive, reliable, creative and analytical Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our product innovation team.
The Role: As a Senior Marketing Manager for our global products, you will shape our brand campaigns using data-driven insights. Leveraging your expertise in data monitoring and analysis, you will craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will play a key role in Go-to-Market planning for branded content, designing briefs, building and monitoring campaigns, and crafting integrated media plans. Responsibilities:
- Brand Positioning and Strategy Development: Gain a deep understanding of the company's product line to establish clear brand positioning and marketing strategies for each product. Identify and highlight the unique selling points and value propositions based on the product features and target market.
- Marketing Plan Creation and Execution: Plan and execute marketing activities for specific products, including online promotions, offline events, and promotional strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product development, sales, and customer service.
- Customer Insights and Market Research: Collect and analyze target customer needs, behaviors, and feedback to inform adjustments to the product brand strategy. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to promptly adjust marketing strategies.
- Brand Communication and Promotion: Develop a brand communication plan for products, selecting appropriate channels and tools to enhance product visibility and reputation. Create and manage promotional materials, such as product brochures, posters, and videos.
- Sales Support and Partnership Development: Provide marketing training and support to the sales team to help achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities related to the product brand to enhance brand influence and market share.
- Performance Evaluation and Optimization: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of product brand marketing activities, analyze data, and derive insights. Based on evaluation results, propose optimization recommendations to continuously improve product brand marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years of product marketing manager experience with at least 3 years of experience in product marketing planning, in a technology or consumer software industry
- Familiar with fundamental marketing and brand promotion principles and methods, with a track record of successful product marketing cases.
- Strong market analysis and insight abilities, with the capability to accurately grasp product positioning and target markets.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with the ability to independently plan and write marketing strategies.
- Proficient in using various marketing tools and channels, such as social media, content marketing, and event marketing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Solid project management and execution skills, with the ability to complete marketing tasks on time.
- Innovative and adaptable, with the ability to adjust marketing strategies based on market changes.
- Data-sensitive, with the ability to use data analysis to guide marketing decisions.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or digital marketing
- Experience working for a large B2C technology company in North America
- Background in the mobile/web application industry or the mobile/web advertising ecosystem
