Senior Bilingual Change Manager (10+ years) to develop a change management plan for a real property initiative

Our valued public sector client requires the services of a Senior Bilingual Change Manager (10+ years) to develop a change management plan for a real property initiative.

Project will consolidate 800-1000 NCR-based FTEs into a single building. The project vision is for the creation of a vibrant, engaging, and accessible carbon-neutral building with amenities and collaborative spaces. Features of the project include plans for a public access floor with cafeteria, conference and meeting facilities, employee-centric wellness spaces, office accommodations and collaboration spaces, and accessibility upgrades. Project Design is anticipated throughout 2025, and project construction is anticipated 2025-2027.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a Change Management Plan that is focused on improving awareness and adaptation to the M-55 Office Accommodations Project. The Change Management Plan should facilitate the implementation of the Project from a Change Management/Transformation perspective.
2. Develop a Communications Strategy that identifies key methods and opportunities to engage affected employees.
3. Provide expertise, consultative advice, guidance, and coaching to build project capacity to make effective use of change management strategies and related tools.
4. Design interventions that improve organizational effectiveness and result in an improved environment and greater involvement.

Must haves:

1. University Degree/Diploma.
2. PROSCI Change Management Certification or ACMP - Change Management Practitioner Certification.
3. Reliability clearance.

Nice to haves:

1. PMP or Lean Six Sigma or Design Thinking certification.
