Role Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, the Sr Analyst BI Reporting and Predictive Analytics will partner with company stakeholders to create best-in-class commercial reporting, ensure standardization across the organization on tracking the right KPIs the right way, and ensure consistency. This person will further lead the predictive analytic and data modeling development for AWC into key processes like market call and segment evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI Reports and Dashboards to support the Sales & Marketing team in answering recurrent questions for internal business review as well as in external meetings with the customer.
- Support customer needs (both sales and marketing) by providing actionable business insights and analysis leveraging data.
- Work in close relationship with the Data Science team to further accelerate development of advanced forecasting models to predict sales trends, market demand, and other relevant business metrics.
- Capture key macro-economic factors impacting Alc Bev sales across the country and anticipate future impact on sales.
- Support and develop advancement of other advanced data analytics of data science projects to support the sales and marketing teams.
- Develop intimate knowledge and become SME of all data sets – differences between provinces, data sets available by province, etc. Support data-driven culture through internal communication and training to internal stakeholders to ensure consistent planning and measuring of market trends and performance.
- Support new Power BI end-users by providing training and walkthroughs.
- Become the key resource for users for questions regarding utilization of datasets. Develop advanced metrics and KPIs required by the business.
What You Bring:
- University Degree.
- 3-5 years in business intelligence or analytical role.
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, M), PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expert level Power BI skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Advanced analysis skills with particular attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of Power BI Report and Dashboard capabilities, with a strong eye for storytelling through report building.
- Advanced DAX and Power Query experience.
Preferred:
- Experience using machine learning and AI predictive forecasting models.

Compensation: Budgeted Range – $77,426.00 - $100,198.00. The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
