What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial analytics and reports to support regulatory compliance and strategic decision-making
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and drive project success
3. Design, build, and refine intuitive, data-driven dashboards providing actionable insights for stakeholders
4. Drive complex projects within Treasury Cash and Collateral Management, facilitating communication and problem-solving across teams
5. Conduct in-depth analysis to inform critical business decisions related to Treasury operations and strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
3. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Demonstrated success in payments operations, banking and payments, or other operations roles in related fields
2. Experience with financial modeling, coding/automation, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Superset)
3. Proven ability to create clear, impactful dashboards
4. Strong organizational and planning skills
