Your Team Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the social media team to create and execute effective social media strategies
- Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) while maintaining our editorial calendar
- Monitor and report on social media performance utilizing analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement
- Support the communications team in crisis management by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on social media data and sentiment
- Contribute to the expansion of our employee advocacy program and the distribution of curated content
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, and deliver social strategies for campaigns
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor insights
- Stay informed about current social media trends and best practices to enhance our overall strategy continuously
- Propose innovative ideas and concepts for engaging social media content
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- A degree in Marketing or Social Media Marketing is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of direct social media experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational abilities with proven multitasking skills
- Prior experience in social media management
- Proficiency in utilizing social media management tools and analytics platforms; familiarity with the Sprinklr Platform is advantageous but not mandatory
- Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms, best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends
- A creative mindset capable of generating compelling content
- Strong critical thinking skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
