Senior Associate, Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement - CRM Analyst

As a Senior Associate, Sales Technology & Analytics Enablement, you will be trusted to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and other commercial departments to drive operational efficiency through the implementation, adoption & support of Salesforce CRM & Digital selling tools (e.g. Pitcher, VCOM) at Mississauga, Canada location. In this role a typical day will include:

• Assist with Adoption, User Training, and Satisfaction.
• Focus on end user experience – continually seek ways to enhance the end user experience.
• Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com.
• Act as second level support for end user issues. Resolve and escalate production issues as necessary. Acts as a liaison between end users and technical teams for resolution.
• Lead and participate in deploying new functionalities and enhancements.
• Coordinate with global and local project teams to drive solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate testing, training, and roll out plans.
• Maintain project documentation (project plan, issues, testing requirements, status) and communicate status.
• Conduct end user training sessions (train the trainer) for new functionality as required. Create user guides and training documentation as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Secondary School Diploma, Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Secondary Diploma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 – 5 years within industry experience (eye care, medical device, pharma).
