Location: In Office role, North York, ON – near Consumers Road & Victoria Park Avenue

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 8:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Saturday (once per month): 9:00am – 2:00pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide financial guidance to clients and help them eliminate unsecured debt
• Assist in budgeting, goal setting, and managing finances
• Create personalized financial plans that empower clients to regain control of their financial future
• Help enroll potential clients into a financial program to help them with their outstanding debts

Qualifications:

• No Industry Experience? We provide comprehensive in-house training to ensure you’re set up for success!
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Self-motivated and driven to meet goals and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis
• Fact gathering skills
• Knowledge and use of PC Systems
• Previous experience in collections, sales, or financial services is a plus but not required
• Post-secondary education is required
• AFCC designation or the ability to fulfill AFCC requirements within the first 2 years of employment (company-sponsored)
• Bilingual candidates (French / English) are preferred, but not required
