About This Team

The Global Marketing and Brand Technology team at lululemon oversees and supports the Brand Digital Asset Management, Social Impact, and Ambassador team technology solutions. As a Senior Architect, you will act as a full-stack Solutions Architect to interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical expertise across different stages of the Project Lifecycle. You will ensure that solutions are well designed using best practices to meet the scalability, security, and reliability for growing global eCommerce and Brand.

A Day in the Life

You are responsible for leading the solution design of features that span applications and services across teams. You will partner closely with Engineers, Analysts, Business units, Product Management, and other Architects to bring projects from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in defining project requirements and success criteria along with guiding the design throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary decision escalation resource for addressing architecture and integration issues.
  • Ensure integration of solutions with existing and future systems and applications.
  • Lead design and implementation of robust DAM solutions.
  • Participate and present at architecture design reviews.
  • Report technical concepts and overall system design to Director-level stakeholders.
  • Continuously drive improvements in performance, security, automation, and reliability of platforms.
  • Develop and maintain current and future-state architecture models.
  • Evaluate, document, and escalate alterations to future state architectures.
  • Keep up with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Support team members in problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant industry experience in information/computer technology.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining complex enterprise solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing technology roadmaps and driving strategy discussions.
  • Relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in full-stack development.
  • Deep understanding of digital asset management concepts and best practices.
  • Proficient in back-end languages like Java, Python, Node.js, etc.
  • Knowledge of database technologies and data modeling principles.
  • Experience with cloud integration technologies and CRM technology.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to data compliance and security.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package

The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 - $162,100 annually. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees may be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program. Other components include extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, retirement plan matching, and extensive development course offerings.

Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
