About the team + role

Our mission at Finance Systems Engineering is to drive operational excellence by delivering innovative, AI-powered, scalable, and efficient business applications that enable timely and accurate financial reporting while ensuring precise oversight of expenditures and revenue. We use AI to automate manual processes, improve system scalability, and encourage seamless new entity rollouts, mergers, acquisitions, and integration innovations, resulting in streamlined workflows and optimized performance. By partnering with team members such as Corporate Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Finance & Strategy, and SOX Compliance, we provide data-driven insights that empower informed decision-making and ensure sustained financial success across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Design and integrate AI-powered features into enterprise financial applications to automate processes, enhance system scalability, and improve efficiency in financial reporting and oversight.
• Partner with stakeholders such as Corporate Accounting, Procurement, Tax, and Financial Reporting teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions that empower informed decision-making and operational excellence.
• Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to streamline workflows, support seamless entity rollouts, mergers, and acquisitions, and ensure robust, scalable system architectures.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and compliance in financial systems while implementing advanced analytics for enhanced insights and decision-making.

What you bring

• Proficiency in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions within enterprise applications, with a strong understanding of financial systems, workflows, and cloud technologies.
