Job Responsibilities:

• Timely processing and payment of supplier invoices and employee expenses;

• Reconciliation of company bank accounts;

• Assistance in month end and year end activities;

• Review and make changes in vendor master data;

• Communicate and collaborate with international colleagues and vendors;

• Provide back-up support for day-to-day tasks of other finance team members.

• Collaborate with various finance departments including AR, GL, and Credit Control to enhance team synergy and efficiency.

• Identify and implement process improvements, increasing team efficiencies.

Job Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in an Accounts Payable (or Accounts receivable) department;

• Experience on diverse payment platforms;

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics (MBO/HBO);

• Located in Toronto, Canada

• Good verbal and written communication in English

• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

• Experience with Exact Globe is an advantage.
