Senior Accountant

Job Overview:
The Accountant will support real-time financial reporting, provide program staff with strong financial support, and design key financial reports and KPIs. Responsibilities include variance analysis, business intelligence data interpretation, financial planning and analysis, account reconciliation, and audit preparation. Collaboration with the CFO, Board of Directors, and other leaders is essential, requiring a strong analytical approach and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• CMA or MBA.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in technology and business processes.
• Experience in non-profit/healthcare or start-up accounting preferred.
