Lignum are proud to announce we are working alongside one of North America's largest Roofing Corp's, specialising in commercial and industrial roofing projects ranging from 1,000 - 1,000,000 square feet. With over 100,000 projects delivered, our client is looking for continuous growth within their commercial team and now looking for a senior account manager to head up their territory in Mississauga, Ontario.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of new and existing accounts
  • Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics, and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships with customers with a focus on problem identification and resolution
  • Hunting and uncovering new sales opportunities
  • Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals
  • Attending re-roofing tender site meetings as well as working directly with building owners
  • Provide fast, accurate, all-encompassing pricing for all roofing projects
  • Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust, and mutual respect
  • Assembling detailed roof replacement quotations and budget presentation reports
  • Maintains extensive product knowledge in all product lines
  • Continual and proactive communication with clients, consultants & engineers throughout the bidding portion of potential projects
  • Develop new client relationships
  • Adheres to and enforces all company policies, pricing, and operational procedures with special attention to the professional image of the company

Job Requirements:

  • A self-starter who is results-driven, competitive, and professional
  • Solid track record of sales results
  • 5+ years of roofing sales experience, re-roofing sales an asset
  • Knowledge of TPO Roofing Systems
  • EXCELLENT communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed.
  • Ability to relate well to all kinds of people, can build strong relationships using diplomacy and tact.
