We're Hiring : Remote Senior Account Manager | British Columbia (Anywhere)

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is actively seeking a Remote Senior Account Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading supplier of Electric Motors, Control Products, and Reducers. This fully remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere in British Columbia.

What You’ll Do :

• Cultivate and expand client relationships across End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities, negotiate sales terms, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product innovations, and market developments.

Your Qualifications :

• Post-secondary degree / diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related discipline—or 5+ years of strategic sales experience.
• Proven track record in industrial sales, ideally within Electric Motors or related sectors.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and MS Dynamics CRM.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
