What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Pursue target accounts in your territory and secure business at the highest decision-making levels
2. Develop and implement account strategies to expand OTTO's presence within target accounts
3. Build and maintain business relationships to elevate OTTO's position within client organizations
4. Identify automation opportunities for clients and engage them in projects with strong business cases
5. Responsible for pipeline and revenue growth in your designated territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
2. Willingness to travel up to 30%-50%, including some international travel
3. Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada is required
4. Proven ability to develop strategic account management plans
5. Strong communication skills for effective presentations to clients and stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. University degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
2. 5+ years of experience in technical roles, including Applications Engineering, Project/Program Management, or Technical Sales
3. Proven track record in Business Development, Direct Sales, and/or Key Account Management
4. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
5. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to achieving results
