Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations.
Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets.
Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments.
Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme.
Assist in refining company’s sales strategy and processes.
Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions.

Requirements :
At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and / or hospitality sales will be preferred).
Meticulous and great attention to details.
Highly organized with good time management skills.
Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations.
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Proactive and can solve problems independently.
Work well with others as a good team player.
Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus.
