Senior Account Executive

As a ServiceNow developer/integrator, you will be working on developing custom workflows and application integrations to fulfill customers' IT Service Management needs using ServiceNow.

Skills Required

1. Experience with modern ITAM implementations and discovery integrations.
2. Strong background in software development, software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and SDLC models.
3. Knowledge of database application concepts, SQL, and query optimization.
4. Ability to work with customers, gather requirements, and create solutions independently.
5. Active participation within and among teams and colleagues distributed globally.
6. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
7. Good quantitative analytic skills, ability to work with large data sets.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly a methodical approach to dealing with problems across distributed systems.
9. Collaborate well with others, unafraid to provide and receive honest feedback.
10. Unit and functional testing skills.
11. ServiceNow Admin and ServiceNow developer training and certification are a plus.
12. Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or Python, especially under Unix/Linux.
13. AngularJS and Node.js experience is a plus.
14. Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON.
15. Experience with web application user interface and usability concepts.
16. Understanding of secure software development concepts, especially in a cloud platform.
17. ITIL experience or certification is a plus.
18. Agile development experience.
