This is a unique opportunity to become a partner in an exciting venture with no base salary but a generous commission plan and uncapped career path, offering significant upside for the right person.

As a key part of the leadership team, you will help shape the business and directly influence its success. If you're motivated by new business development and have a proven track record in selling Offensive Security Services, Penetration and Red Team are preferred or Blue Team services, this is your chance to make a real impact and grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new business acquisition and build long-term relationships with clients
2. Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in the cybersecurity sector
3. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape go-to-market strategies
4. Lead client negotiations and proposals, ensuring alignment with business goals

What You’ll Bring:

1. Proven experience in cybersecurity sales, ideally within Penetration Testing or related services
2. A strong network and established relationships within the cybersecurity industry
3. Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to build and scale a business from the ground up
4. A passion for innovation, security, and helping clients solve complex challenges
5. The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a proactive and hands-on approach
