We're looking for a Sr Growth Marketer to:

• Drive and own go-to-market strategies and lead generation campaigns to accelerate enterprise sales at a rapidly scaling company that's transforming complex financial workflows.
• Develop high-impact content to engage and nurture high-value leads, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine marketing initiatives and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to implement scalable, data-driven marketing programs for financial institutions.
• Manage and optimize marketing automation systems, ensuring efficient lead qualification and nurturing workflows.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a track record of success in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Expertise in developing and executing strategic lead generation and content marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive marketing outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the buyer’s journey and experience in creating tailored content strategies.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment, influencing and collaborating with product, sales, and tech teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for crafting clear, compelling messaging.

Compensation is salary range + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with level of experience.
