We're looking for a Sr/Staff Software Engineer to:

• Be a part of transforming financial negotiations for large institutions using AI-driven multi-turn agents.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Deploy applications with Docker and manage infrastructure on AWS.
• Optimize data operations with databases like PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Collaborate on the technical vision and strategy, contributing to an agile, fast-paced team.

What you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a well-recognized school.
• 5+ years of backend or fullstack engineering experience with experience in core or platform development.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Passion for pushing the boundaries of technology and driving innovation.
• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment, where your contributions directly influence the company's direction and success.
• Strong skills in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS.
• Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL) and cloud infrastructure.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year

Compensation is salary range + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with level of experience.
