Responsibilities:

• Updating TCards for users at the front desk.
• Utilizing access control software to complete physical security requests.
• Updating service now tickets for UTM community members.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience for this position.
• Good computer skills.
• MS Office experience: Excel, Word, and Outlook - Intermediate level.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team player.

Contract Length:

• Start date: March 3, 2025
• End date: March 31, 2025
