1. Lead a team of Security Guards, including coaching and mentoring them to success.
2. Assign guards to their posts and daily assignments, ensuring all guards follow all post orders and complete audits.
3. Provide on-going training to your security team.
4. De-escalation of situations and managing and reporting emergency incidences.
5. Support and provide assistance as needed.

1. A valid Ontario security guard license
2. A current first aid/CPR certificate
3. Canadian citizen or permanent residency in Canada for 5 years
4. 1 year of previous experience working in the vulnerable sector
5. 1 year security guard experience
6. Graduate of a Canadian educational organization (such as high school, secondary, or vocational)
7. RAIC clearance
8. Available to work weekends
