Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpret and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
2. Analyze complex/new situations, prepare for potential problems, and assess opportunities and risks.
3. Examine and audit risks, recommending appropriate actions for mitigation and remediation.
4. Develop, maintain, and enforce internal controls around security and compliance frameworks.
5. Adapt communications and strategies to conclude security arrangements.
6. Lead special projects and manage communication to ensure proper security procedures and tools are installed and functioning.
7. Influence individuals and organizations, including executive management, on complex security issues requiring diplomacy.
8. Drive and support the team in the development of security services, aiming to improve customer satisfaction.
