Security Guard Supervisor

Job Description

Wage rate: $23.50 per hour

No. of vacancies: 1

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Noisy, Outdoors

Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate, Security guard agency, Various locations

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule work
2. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
3. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
4. Prepare and submit progress and other reports
5. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
6. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
7. Supervise office and volunteer staff

Supervision: 3-4 people

Credentials: Security guard license

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

1. Combination of sitting, standing, walking
2. Standing for extended periods
