1. Enforce property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
2. Conduct interior and exterior patrols assessing for hazards, security breaches & suspicious behaviour
3. Deter and respond to incidents on the property
4. Complete reports and memo book entries on a regular basis
5. Compile the necessary reports for court dates

1. A valid BC Security License
2. A valid Occupational First Aid Level 2 (OFA2)
3. Available to work Saturday-Sunday 10:30pm - 6:30am (overnight)
4. Have a clear criminal background
5. Be eligible to work in Canada
6. Good verbal and written communication skills
7. Proficient in documentation entry - such as incident reports, activity logs
