About the role

Our growing team is looking for a Security Advisor Specialist – PAM!

What you'll do here:

  • Act as a cybersecurity advocate by providing guidance and advice to our stakeholders to promote and encourage adherence to corporate cybersecurity policies and standards, as well as industry frameworks and best practices.
  • Participate in the configuration and deployment of Privileged Access Management (PAM) services and platforms, such as CyberArk Privileged Cloud, CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager and Alero.
  • Collaborate with various IT (Cloud, DevOps, Infra, etc.) and information security (IIQ, IR, etc.) teams to design and operationalize platforms, processes and procedures to protect privileged accounts and credentials.
  • Build the privileged access management infrastructure (middleware and connectors) in an existing system to integrate (or migrate) applications to the CyberArk platform.
  • Troubleshoot network and firewall issues to resolve problems related to the integration of the privileged access management platform.
  • Collaborate with vendors to establish privileged access management strategies and extend the scope of platform integration.
  • Provide after-hours support, if required, to ensure high availability of privileged access management platforms.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in information technology and 3 years' relevant experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management (IAM).
  • Experience in configuring, integrating and deploying IAM platforms such as CyberArk, Hashicorp, Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, etc.
  • Certifications that attest to mastery of information security skills, such as: CISSP, CISM, or GSEC.
  • Demonstrated commitment to training, self-learning and maintaining skills in the technical field of cybersecurity.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work as part of a multidisciplinary IT team.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
