A Second Cook serving Hilton brands works with team members to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. The key responsibilities include the production and organization of the mise en place of the kitchen and assisting the First Cook.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Produce the Mise en Place Kitchen
  • Set up the ordered for sales points
  • Ensure the organization and hygiene in the Kitchen
  • Prepare food using appropriate cooking techniques under the guidance of the superior
  • Store and check the validity of food
  • Assist other departments whenever necessary
  • In shift changes, transmit the information to turn and seek previous shift information
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, and skills that follow:

  • Training in Food
  • Previous experience in an industrial kitchen
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Learning, growth, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
