Are you a student looking for a summer job that lets you earn great pay, gain hands-on experience, and work outdoors? We're hiring a Seasonal Painter to join our team for the summer (May - August)! This is an ideal job for someone who is motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and ready to work in a team environment. No experience is required; training is provided!

Responsibilities:

1. Surface Prep: Prepare and clean surfaces by scraping, sanding, priming, and masking areas to be painted.
2. Painting: Apply paint or stain to surfaces with a variety of tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
3. Attention to Detail: Ensure consistent, high-quality, smooth, and even coatings on all painted surfaces.
4. Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.
5. Independent Tasks: Manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision while staying organized and ensuring high-quality results.
6. Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements:

1. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
2. No prior painting experience required
3. Strong work ethic and attention to detail
4. Willingness to learn, work hard, and follow safety protocols
5. Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
