Job Summary
The Seasonal Delivery Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the training, dispatch, allocation, and on-route management of Seasonal Delivery Helpers for our UPS Package Centres. The Helper Coordinator works closely with the On-Road Supervisors and the driver dispatch teams to ensure that UPS drivers have assigned Delivery Helpers in different areas of their assigned routes.
Other than being the primary contact for the Delivery Helpers, the Helper Coordinator will also be responsible for training new Delivery Helpers in UPS delivery methods, delivery systems and technology and recurrent safety trainings. This position is also in constant communication with the Package Centre management team.
We have available two Full-time and Temporary positions that are normally based in a UPS Package Centre but will include field work when conducting training and observations of the Delivery Helpers on their routes.
*Some weekends may be required.
