Sealants Estimator/Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Source public bids
• Receive bid requests from salespeople internally
• Source bid requests from caulking suppliers and manufacturers
• Quantify and estimate projects
• Work with subcontractors to determine average prices for use in cost estimation
• Assign all bids to a single salesperson for closing
• Procure prices from subcontractors after award
• Coordinate handover of all materials to supervisor for full execution

• Internal use as a value add/package alongside other scope in cladding/glazing
