Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in:

1. Hands-on experience with Agile Metrics
2. Agile PLM
3. Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
4. Backlog Grooming
5. Agile Estimation
6. Agile Requirements Management
7. JIRA
8. Common Agile ALM Tools
9. Agile Engineering Practices
10. Program Change Management
11. Leading all Sprint ceremonies
12. Defining Scrum priorities and scope

Good to have:

1. Hands-on experience with SAFe framework
2. PI Planning
3. Combination of Business and Technical knowledge

Requirements:

1. Experience in full lifecycle software development
2. Experienced in Agile delivery
3. Knowledge of Agile processes
4. Defining Scrum priorities and scope
5. Scrum planning
6. Backlog Grooming
7. Combination of Business and Technical knowledge
8. Good communication skills (verbal and written)
9. Effort estimation of work
10. Coordinate & work with various stakeholders from technology & business teams
11. Experience in BFSI
12. Experience with Confluence and Jira
