Role: Scrum Master

Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site)

Rate: Salary up to $120,000 CAD

Overview:

Forsyth Barnes is working for a Giant in the Retail Manufacturing space, currently undergoing a major transformation around their Data functions. You will work closely with technical data teams, including Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers.

Your focus will be on creating high-value increments that meet the definition of done, influencing scrum teams/pods, supporting backlog management for product and technology, and establishing product planning for complex environments.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on Agile project management or Scrum Master experience in a retail environment
2. Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile principles, methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
3. Experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Visio
4. Strong leadership skills with cross-functional teams and senior leadership such as Director and VP levels
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
6. Must have worked with large-scale technical teams around Data and/or technology for large-scale projects

Additional Requirement:

Must be able to work on-site in Toronto, Canada for 2 days per week.
