Key Responsibilities

As a Scheduling Supervisor, you'll oversee and manage day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels for client needs. Your main duties will include:

• Scheduling & Coordination: Managing staff schedules, assigning shifts, and handling last-minute changes.
• Communication: Acting as the central contact for staff and clients, resolving scheduling issues, and providing updates.
• Payroll & Timesheets: Verifying timesheets for accuracy and preparing payroll documents.
• Shift Verification: Confirming shift completions and documenting discrepancies or incidents.
• On-Call Duties: Providing after-hours support during your on-call week.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with at least 6 months of experience in healthcare staffing or scheduling. You should be organized, adaptable, and skilled in communication, with a working knowledge of scheduling software and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
