The Scheduler's main duties are to assist the Portfolio Resource Coordinators. This is primarily achieved through proactively addressing resource needs, filling open shifts, reducing overtime through strategic initiatives, and answering calls regarding shifts. The Scheduler will also provide administrative support, which includes ensuring accurate data entry in WinTEAM software.
