What You'll Do:

  1. Scheduling for allied health professionals for our programs and assessments.

  2. Answering the scheduling team email and working on daily requests with opening and closing slots.

    • Add On for our lab requirements, Specialty and allied health services, Annual Health Assessments (AHA) slots and Year Round Care (YRC) slot adjustment.

  3. Managing monthly vacation requests for allied health professionals.

  4. Monthly Physician Invoice validation through Salesforce.

  5. Verifying all physician and allied health invoicing and appointments via Salesforce.

  6. Managing Annual Health Assessment completions.

  7. Collaborate with the internal bookings team on doctor availability and cancellations.

  8. Backup to clinic scheduling leads.

  9. Additional tasks involving clinical admin duties.

What You'll Need:

  1. Minimum 2 years Medical Office experience.

  2. Education in Health Sciences or related degree.

  3. Sound knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.

  4. Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

  5. Sound knowledge of different software systems (e.g. Salesforce, Accuro EMR, Office 365, etc.).

  6. Proven ability to problem solve.

  7. Attention to detail.

  8. Understanding of basic clinic data metrics such as utilization rate and recognition of gaps in schedules.

  9. Strong time management and organization skills.

This is a full-time position primarily scheduled between Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. This is a hybrid position with both on-site at our downtown Toronto office and remote based workdays.
