Job Description: Scheduler

About the Role:

As a Scheduler with our client, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient management and optimization of project resources. Your responsibilities will encompass project scheduling, floor plan layout, and space planning to enhance manufacturing and fabrication processes for pressure vessels, piping, and process packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize MS Project or Primavera to create and manage project schedules for efficient resource allocation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resource optimization.
  3. Apply your expertise in floor plan layout and space planning to enhance manufacturing processes and resource utilization.
  4. Ensure the timely fabrication of pressure vessels, piping, and process packages, optimizing resource allocation.
  5. Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement resource-efficient solutions for effective project management.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling and resource management.
  2. Strong understanding of floor plan layout and space planning for resource optimization.
  3. Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or the energy industry is a valuable asset.
  4. Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate resources.
  5. Detail-oriented with a focus on process and resource optimization.
