SAP Senior Project Manager

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Project Manager contractor to join their project starting immediately and will run through October 2025. This will be a fully remote work setting. Any candidates with Utilities industry experience and SuccessFactors implementation experience will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Integration Workstream for 120 integrations across SAP, Customer, and Partner teams.
• Proactively seek status updates from team members, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Create and maintain comprehensive status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all integrations.
• Recognize potential risks and analyze their impact, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Report directly to the SAP Delivery Executive and Customer Program Director, providing insights and updates on project progress.
• Manage, coordinate, and ensure alignment across three distinct teams.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing complex integrations, with strong leadership and organizational skills, should be proactive, analytical, and capable of identifying risks, tracking KPIs, and providing impactful assessments.
• Strong proactive approach, highly organized, and analytically driven.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage all aspects of the Integration Workstream.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication skills for high-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors and ServiceNow would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Leadership experience managing and aligning multiple teams across various functions.
