Position Overview:
As an SAP Recruiter, you will play a key role in building and managing talent pools of specialized SAP professionals. This position is perfect for someone with a sales or customer service background who thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will report directly to the Director of Delivery and collaborate closely with our VPs of Business Development to ensure we connect the right talent with our clients' SAP staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating salaries/rates, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals to attract both active and passive candidates. Must be comfortable cold-calling candidates.
  • Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess technical qualifications and soft skills to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactive Outreach: Regularly engage with passive candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Director of Delivery and VPs of Business Development to deeply understand client staffing requirements.
  • Organizational Skills: Document candidate communications and recruitment progress in our database and create organized datasets on candidate details.


Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in customer service, sales, or a commission-based environment.
  • Fast-Paced & Results-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and exceptional organizational skills to manage candidate details and recruitment processes effectively.
  • Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience using Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms to source and attract talent is a plus.
  • Willingness to Learn: Recruitment experience is a plus but not required; a strong desire to learn and grow within the SAP recruitment space is essential.
  • Independent & Collaborative: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a small, growing team.
