At least 8 years experience leading SAP projects as an SAP Project Manager
Minimum 2 years of leading end to end implementation projects (as the Project Manager) of Ariba, preferably in the following Ariba business processes: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay, Spend Visibility, Collaborative Sourcing, Forecasting & Scheduling, Inventory Collaboration, Order Execution, Invoice and Cash Management, the Ariba Network, Vendor Management.
Experience integrating SAP Ariba with other ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4 modules and legacy systems
Strong knowledge of SAP procurement processes and integration to Finance and Materials Management preferred
Demonstrated implementation experience following SAP Activate methodology
Demonstrated leadership skills presenting project status reports to various business stakeholders including Project Sponsors, Steering Committees, and External Vendors
Demonstrated knowledge and leadership in implementing Ariba following the Ariba Deployment Practices
Demonstrated implementation experience in SAP process areas including: Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay, Spend Visibility, Collaborative Sourcing, Forecasting & Scheduling, Inventory Collaboration, Order Execution, Invoice and Cash Management, the Ariba Network, Materials Management, Vendor Management, and Warehouse Management.
Demonstrated implementation preferred in S/4 for Materials Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, Project Systems, Controlling, Finance
Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
Post-secondary education in a business, finance, engineering, or related discipline
Excellent management of large-scale implementations with superior problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Experience leading in complex business transformation projects
Experience dealing with multiple vendors concurrently
Experience managing cross-functional project teams in a functional matrix environment
Experience dealing with SAP product management and support
Must have or rapidly acquire knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)
